© 2003-2011 The Santosha School of Yoga, LLC, Since 2003 – Site compliments of Lucy at Beebe Comm update 1/7/11

 I have received many benefits
from practicing yoga over the years.
I started in my 50's when I had
severe arthritis and have
continued on my own until recently
when I returned to taking classes f
or a problem with spinal curvature.
Yoga has helped me gain muscle
strength and stamina needed to
prevent further progression of the curve.
I turned 80 last year, and arthritis
is rarely a problem.
